Here are the 3 Eggs:

The yellow, shrinked one I guessed that there's nothing coming out when turning dark and thinner ... (I didn't opend)

But the one in the middle I thought it would develop well, but suddenly I discovered this yellow thing ...?! What's that?! Any idea? It didn't look like mildew. Could that be yolk? I guessed it could be yolk and thried there to open the eye and then this round thing were falling away and liquid were flowing down and the eye shrinked ... :( ! (I didn't open neither, I didn't want me frustrating)

From the one above there were hatched the Baby underneath ....

A mixture of soil and sand in about the relation of 2/1 ...

But I guess for the loss of the two eggs it's not the fault of the substrate, because last year each monilis egg were doing well ...

The soil is a kinda steriliset I think  , because it's speciall terra-soil for enclosures and the sand is aquaristik (quarz) sand. I personally don't sterilise it more, but I mix quite some active coal in it to prevent some mould/mildew ...
But don't as me why coal should help against mildew ... , one says and a lot a people are doing so ...

As I said last year all monilis eggs were doing well ...

With vermiculit I had less success or better I didn't get the clue how humid it shoed be ...

BUT, nobody any idea what the yellow round thing was ... :?
Could it be yolk ...?

Greats Peter
