how common are these? I have never seen any available, or heard of anyone keeping them. The tails are just amazing. Anyone have a bit of information on them?

These used to be imported in the past. I have heard rumblings that people may be bringing them in from Europe.

There are a few keepers in the States that have them. One in Florida that I know of for sure. They go for about 180 euros each in Europe. I have some arriving here in Canada at the end of the summer. The info, stick with the klemmeri and once you have success with them move on to a more difficult species. They are rare and expensive and the shipping cost from Europe is about 580 euros. Although in Europe there are some people acheiving great success with this species. If you work out perfect husbandry techniques for your P. klemmeri than I urge you to get some serraticauda, it would be nice to see some here in North America.
