Hy to everyone. i'm new in the forum.

First i have to excuse me if my english is not good and present some grammatical error.

My name is Stefano....translated in USA i think is Steven. I'm Italian and i breed geckos.

Until now i use to read and write only my italian favourite forum. Recently i begun to read also stranger forum.

Now came to the point of this thread.
I bought my first pair of gekko vittatus.
Both are WC and i already was waiting for fecal exams.

but they are very active and they have appetite. In two days they eat 10 cricket and a waxworms.

Fort now they are separated and in quarantine in a fauna box in sterile conditions.

What truly interests me now is the housing of this type gecko.

I already know the temperature and the humidity, but i want your opinion about a terrarium for an adult pair.
I make only biotopos terrarium(i said it correctly? "biotopos"?)

i hope in your answer tnx.

I kept my pair in a 40 gallon with many apple tree branches and one long piece of hollow bamboo. I also had many live plants in the cage. A rubber tree and a bunch of pothos.

ok i'll try to thell you what happened in my place...
I bought 1.2 G vittatus... theire very nice animals!
I keep them in a viv of 80cm*60cm*80cm(l*d*h)
Every day I spray them and sometimes I give them cricets, waxworms... but not that many!
Why not? because they eat fruit!
try to get some Phelsuma-food in your reptilestoor!
They will love it!
Maybe somewhere on the internet are recipies to make it yourselve!
Rightnow I have 2 eggs of them 4 the first time and I hope I can bring good news in a few weeks!
mine are WC too!
