haha, did he squirt you? yeah they do think they're rock hard those strophurus...they seem to have bad tempers as juveniles...

That is just another awesome photo of S.taenicauda. I can never get shots like that of mine :(
I have hatched out 3 so far and I have several more eggs so, my fingers are crossed that they all hatch. The eggs are getting very large and the days are up there so, it should not be long before I find out :D

Thanks for all the comments everyone. Sorry for not getting back to some of you sooner, but I didn’t realized anyone had asked any questions.

Oli – He sure did. In fact, if you look closely you can actually see some of the exceeded fluid on his tail.

Eddie - they start showing adult coloration after just a few months. The color continues to increase with age as well as the black/white contrast.

Krypticrhacs - the gecko pictured is less then 24 hours old.
