Leopards' fast growth rates in captivity

I am often shocked by the size and implied growth rate of young leopard geckos I see for sale. For example, I saw a non-giant Tremper albino male that is 37 grams at 10 weeks old. I've seen many others that are comparable.

HOW THE HE** do people grow these so fast? (I will not ask "Why?", which I believe is the more important question.) I think I feed my animals pretty generously and I've never had growth rates that high. I've no intention nor desire to grow mine that fast, it's merely pseudo-scientific curiosity.

I would guess keep them nice and hot and give them lots of protein daily.

Exactly -- 85F for the first 10 weeks, fed 5-6 crickets/day with a one day break from feeding every 9 days. You must keep them fed well and with daily dustings of Ca/Multi Vit.
