Any uroplatus keepers in the UK

Its so hard to obtain Uroplatus in the UK now due to the CITIES restrictions and I only know a couple of other people keeping Uroplatus. Are there any others on here? If so how are you finding the restrictions are affecting you?

if they are captive bred it is said to be okay, yet I am not allowed to import captive bred specimens from America.
I bought captive bred from Europe and specimens from a friend years ago, but only have one left now

indeed there are very few of us uroplatus keepers in the uk. they seem to be as rare as hens teeth in the uk and i only know of a handfull of other keepers. at present i have 2.3 U.henkeli (proven last year) and i just got back from picking up some u.phantasticus off of a friend of mine. the guy i just got my phantasticus off of also works with corkbarks, guentheri and henkeli. whenever i see them available in the uk i jump at the chance of getting them but other than that the european shows are the only option.

cheers, will

no he isnt at the stage of breeding them yet he has spent quite a while just trying to accumulate them. fingers crossed he should be getting eggs soon. the ones you saw advertised are the ones he had for sale that i purchased.
