What are the numbers? 3.4.5

I can't seem to figure out what the numbers (i.e.: '0.0.3 Cresteds' or '3.3 Geckos') means. I kindof can see that it's the amount of animals they're talking about....but how do you get point 5 of a animal?? @~@

2.2.2 would mean 2 males, 2 females, and 2 unsexed.

so like your 3.4.5 you wrote would be 3 males 4 females and 5 unsexed (of what ever species of reptiles)

I remember when I didn't know what that meant ;-)

Some will even add a 4th one for their eggs...
