Mixed species and a water feature?

alright, I know that this is a touchy subject, but i am going to post my question anyways!!

I have a 24x18x18 enclosure and i am going to house 1.1 Rhampholeon brevicaudatis and 0.2 Lepidodactylus lugubris in it...
now, i know chameleons swim like a rock, but what about the L.lugubris?
I fully intend to have plenty of roots, rocks, and plants in and around the water so that if there is an accidental slip, there is a way out. the waterfeature will be 3 inches in the deep end, and 1.5 in the shallow end and will be the home to 1.1 Fancy guppies.

i will light the enclosure with one uv light and one full spectrum and will have a heat pad under half of the enclosure...

is there any major flaw with my design, other than the fact that i will be mixing 3 species from seperate parts of the world???

Thanks,
Nate

I think the major flaw is your including a species that may drop from a branch and pretend it's a leaf.

ya, i have ditched the water feature idea, and switched species. instead of l. lugubris, i am going to use P.androyensis. i think that this set up will be more feasble. but thank you for your input.

i will be posting pics of the enclosure very soon, so keep checking back!

ooh i can't wait to see when its done. i've been playing with ideas of makin a multi species viv. i already have one buts its not as large as i'd like so i'm eiter building the tank i want or buying and going all out on it then moving my critters into that one and redoing the tank they are currently in and putting something else in there.

but i have Gekko Ulikovskii and Ptychozoon Kuhli and a green tree frog all together. the frog eat any smaller things that might find their way and any cricket eggs that managed to be laid and hatched and the geckos like eachother. the flying for some reason really likes the frog and if he sees it on the glass he sits next to it. ussualy touching noses. its funny.

ya this viv didnt work out as planned.
i only had one species in it (the mad. ground gecko) and several things went wrong...temps got too high, and not enough light for the plants...so i am startin over...!

good luck with your viv!!

this was the smallest viv i have ever attempted its a 15 gallon corner tank. not too easy to work in. not much room for the proper equipment and not enough room for a thermal gradient. the next one will be alot bigger and better...

Twitch, just wanted to put in the possibility that the frog and flying could be touching noses because of territory issues as that is a common signal of territorial dispute in many animals.

i don't think so. i mean there would be more signs of that. and the touching of noses isn't often the ussualy sit next to each other. i've been watching in case they were to become aggressive twords it so i could move it but nothing and its been over a month
