Hi all,

am getting a tryoni hatchie shortly and am wondering if anyone can give some first-hand advice re food and tub-set-up (anyone got any pics?) I have done a fair bit of reading but greatful for as much info as I can get!

My marmorata pair loves their new home and is doing well.

Thanks,

Bluemchen

No tryoni in my possession, but I believe them to be as 'simple' to care for as the other oedura. I'd just set em up like the marms. With some corkbark, and other stuff to climb on. A basking area would be appreciated I'm sure, and a cooler sector on the opposite side of the enclosure. Spray the walls of the enclosure 2-3 times weekly or so, I'm not sure how humid they like it, but from where they come from it seems they could tolerate a slight humidity level, but prolly not as much humidity as the castelnaui like. Anyone want to concurr with this or not I'm sure would be appreciated.

I live in an area where tryoni occur naturally and it is very humid. Most of the ones i have come across have been at higher elevations where it is cooler but still humid.

i'd say that should wrap it up. For more info go to the search part of this forum and type in U milli temps or something like that...
