I think the photo is not clear enough for sex determination. Could you post a photo of it´s throat? I think the differences in the colour of the throat are the earliest visible remarks. But I'm not sure whether you could identify the sex at three months, it might be possible, but it could also be too early.

from the other side his head looks like males head but I belive colours will change in near future and finally it will be female ;-) because I need female to my breeding group..

Based on the light throat and the unclear pores, I would say female, but I´m not sure about that... I think it´s too early to tell...

I suggest to wait untill it´s fully grown... This for at least two reasons. At first when it´s fully grown you´re sure that it´s a female, in case it turns out later on to be a male you have a problem when you put it in the same viv as the adult male.
Secondly, when you put a smaller animal in a viv with two bigger ones, it will be dominated strongly, and will probably not get all the food it needs, and will not grow up very well.
So if I were you, I would wait untill it´s fully grown. I actually wouldn´t put more than one female in a viv, looking at the territoriality of the species, but that´s something else...

so you suggest that could be a problem to keep two adults kimhowelli female with male in the same viv?? are they such agressive to each other?? it's a pity because I've wanted to create a small breeding group :(

I don´t know what your cage size is, but all the experience that I have with this species (and Lygodactylus in general, maybe except williamsi) is that also the females could be pretty territorial. I'm not saying it's always a problem, but I'm only warning for the fact that it could be a problem...
