Publication of DNA analysis ?

Hi

I'd like to know if some of you could give references (or papers!) of publications about DNA analysis of different Eublepharis sp. and Eublepharis m. ssp. And where can I get them.

It would be in optic to know what kind of analysis have been made (PCR, ELISa or I don't know) and to be able to compare the results of a precise analysis to an analysis I could make with some true wild type we have.

I would like to orientate myself a littlemore in true species and subspecies because I am a little less interested in morphs/intergrades. So I want to make things in ordner to be sure not polluate wild blood line.

I don't know if there is any DNA done on these geckos, try a zoo maybe, or like you suggested the Nat. History Museum. Sorry can't be of more help. Good luck with your project.
