Hi!
Eggs that are soft and deformed are not fertile.
Good looking hard shelled eggs can be infertile as well. They can go for months without going bad (moldy and rotten).
It can happen more ofter with young females. Just give her enough calcium, when she's laying eggs. She will also eat cuttlefish bone from the dish.

If you candle the egg, you won't see anything for the first week or two (yellowish glow). After that you will see veins develop and the egg will get the typical pinkish glow. Towards the end of incubation, when the embryo gets bigger, the egg gets dark and you shouldn't be able to see through, when you candle it.
I don't see it very well in your photos, but the egg should have been dark after two months and the baby should have been hatching. It's possible, it's not even fertile.
If I'm not sure, I just leave eggs incubating until they are obviously bad.

I hope this helps a bit.

Regards, Matjaz
