Am I the only one, or does it seem that there are several "lurkers" around these forums (not just GU) that think they know it all and dont mind showing how stupid they are by "typing" BS comments on posts?
Is it just me, or does it seem that the more people post BS the more you want to just have one of those "easy" buttons you can push and their keyboards will never work again...
Sorry guys I'm fed up with posters making BS comments pretending they are the know all be all of whatever topic they chose that day...
Let me state once again I might add..... I do not know it all. I do not claim to know it all.. I have made stupid mistakes that have resulted in the death of leos,(i fried a baby gecko by putting the heat pad on too high and not offering enough room for him to get away from the heat... stupid I KNOW, lesson learned) I have learned from those mistakes and made efforts never to make them again. I am human and I make mistakes.. pretty much daily - POSTING THIS MAY BE ONE OF THEM... but I'm pissed right now and need to vent...:fight:
I was warned when I first got into Reptiles that if I came to these forums I would run into people that would give me bad information, that would contridict my methods vehemently, and that I should believe NOTHING I read on these things... and ONLY what I see with my own eyes.. and I've stuck to that... I have posted I dont know 40 50 60 different posts and asked for advice.. I've been given good advise and bad advise but I've remembered my friends warning and never just "believed" what I read.. I ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS research every bit of advice I have gotten here (and on other forums) and never just acted based upon what I read.... and I've never offered anyone advise w/out covering my own ass and saying "this is my own experience" or "this is what I read, and here is where I read it".... I dont give bad advise and it pisses me right the hell off when people come on here and pretend they are the know all be all of whatever topic they post... yes, I'm a bit pissed today and the more I type the madder :-x I get so I'm getting off of here now... thanks for having an "off topic" place where I could vent....
