Feeding mealworm beetles to my underwoodisaurus milii

I have extra mealworm beetles from breeding them and was woundering if it was ok to feed them to my underwoodisaurus milii?

I wouldn't do that, cose they are low in protein and high in hitin so it wont be so good choice even if the gecko is interested in eating them. Better use some other feeder insects.

My milii will eat the mealworms readily, very rarely will they touch the pupae, but they completely avoid the beetles. Some geckos are natural beetle eaters, some aren't. If I've got extra mealworm beetles, I feed them to the Teratoscincus keyserlingii. Just about any species of Frog-eyed geckos love the beetles.

Ok, I will just let the beetles make more mealworms, my U. milii loves mealworms also.
