this morning my forth and last egg hatched and 45 days incubated at 85 degrees F.
the hatchling is the smallest yet and unlike the other 3 has NOT absorbed it's egg yolk. it just checked it a few minutes ago and its still attached to the egg yolk and that is attached to the egg shell by all these tiny veins. i left it in the incubator for now because i don't know what to do. it hatched out 5 hrs ago.

i have a clean tank already set up for it i just don't know if i should move it or leave it until it absorbs it's yolk.

if anyone has had this happen please give my some advice.

I have not had it happen to me more than once or twice. You can leave it in the incubator for a little while, though if it's on perlite or vermiculite that stuff can get stuck to its yolk sac. It may be better to put it in a warm enclosure on moist paper towels and to keep it warm. Some of those tiny ones do very well once they get started.

i just moved it into the clean enclosure, it ran around a bunch and rubbed off the yolk. now it has a big concave dent in it's torso. should i be worried? cause i am i little. it's so small and calm. it has no reserve food in it's belly. am i going to have a sick baby? sould i try to feed it right after it sheds or not. the other 3 are totally different. the first didn't eat for 9 days the others ate almost right away. please i need some advice, am i worrying for nothing?

There's nothing much you can do but keep it warm, mist it so it has something to drink and humidity. Even if the yolk sac comes off, they often do very well. My first leopard gecko of this season to produce eggs was a 2-gram hatchling at the beginning of last season.

I dont know if you still need this info but:
I had the same thing last yaer and I putt the geckko with yolk and all in is enclosure.
After a few hours the yolk had lousened. He grew a bit slower then the rest butt averything was ok.

So, no worries :d

There's really not much you can do at this point. Water is more important than food at this stage. You can try to feed it, but personally I'd wait a day or two. Good luck. We'll all keep our fingers crossed for him.

the baby seems fine. i haven't tried feeding it yet but have been giving it water. it's very active and sleeps lot. it's still very small and it's tail is very thin but i'm optimistic for now. thanks for all the feedback guys.
