He is well over a year and a half old, and the females he is with are over 3 years old. Is it likely at all that he is sterile?
Any suggestions appreciated! thanks :)

Some males are very shy and you won't even see or hear them mating, others only mate females that are well into ovulation.

my question, since you don't mention it, is ... Are your females ovulatiing.

I am not 100% sure, if it is when I can see white on their belly where the eggs would be then, yes? I am never sure unless I can compare two very obvious yes's and nos.
He may be shy though...he has been with them for months now if that helps as well...

I have the same problem.
I have a male Raptor with 3 females, a raptor and two blizzards. I never see them mating, but I have seen bitemarks on the females, and I don´t get any eggs. I think I see them through the belly but nothing is ever laid. I am starting to think someone is eating the eggs. Or the male is sterile and the females reabsorbing the ova. Where there only one I would fear dystocia but not in three females simultaneously.

Have you tried separating the male for a while and then reintroducing him under supervision? Perhaps then you can see mating? Otherwise I think patience is the thing. Because if he has only been with the females for a month it is still early for the females to start laying.

Good luck.

They've been together since October...ahah.
Also, I have my first eggs!!! I looked when I got home from school, and two soft eggs were in the moist box!!
I'm excited, I hope they are fertile. :)
I'm pretty sure its the Patternless's eggs. Also, should I leave them alone until they are harder, or go ahead and remove them to the incubator?
