Okay this might sound bizarre lol! :blushing:
I got my Sunglow Thursday night, he seems to be settling well (hasn't eaten yet but im not worried) My question is, is it possible for my "over head lamp" to cause him any long term problems. Its a 60watt bulb that I use to simulate sunlight and to boost the ambient temperature (along with my UTH) Whenever its on during the day and hes out his eyes stay firmly shut lol! He wont even open them to help find his hide! I just turned off his lamp for the evening (my bedroom light is still on) and the second it was off he came plodding out. I know that they are nocturnal but I really dont see that being the problem. Should I just leave the lamp as it is? Reduce the watt or get rid altogether? His health is obviously the main priority (sorry if I sound like an overprotective, paranoid mum :biggrin
lol!
