New from Hamm and the BEE

This weekend we went to the Hamm show and to the BEE in Germany. It was great!
We were visitors at the Hamm show, but had a table at the BEE.
It was our first foreign show where we would be selling our ciliatus hatchlings at a table, so it was exiting.
We were very satisfied with how everything went. We went to the shows with 20 animals and got back home with only 4 of them, so it was a good show :)

Here are some photo's of the BEE and of our new animals.
The photo's on the show were taken with a mobile phone, so the quality isn't very good.....

Our table:

And our new animals:

Uroplatus henkeli
(in bad shed, but we're working on it.....)
Does anyone here knows how to sex them?

for the sexing of U. henkeli you can may be take a picture of the back but i think he/she is too young for a sur sexing... ;)

Congrats on the great success you had. But it looks like you spent all of your profits on new animals, huh? ;)

Very nice pics.

hmm At hamm i bought.

1.1 Gecko vittatus
and 0.0.1 Uroplatus guntheri. form K@nne.
i can only talk good about his work with the geckos.

I bought it at hamm, on the hotel at night, it eat to crikets and drank. :)

At BEE i just bougt a subspecise of varanus timorensis.
which should grow to a leanth at 35cm only.
the specific spices i dont know, but i got some very nice varanus freinds whos on the job (my first varanus) :)

so my reptile collection is kinda mixed atm :)

Heya!

Nice pictures!!

I talked with you shortly, you were kind of busy. But I never introduced my-self.

Nice animals you brought to BEE! :)

I was with Christian and some other fellows. Great trip, and both fairs was amazing!

if i had to guess, i would say male...

but that is mostly guessing based off the fact i had two of my first henkeli looking exactly like that, both turned out male. there is a decent bit of pattern-based sexual dimorphism for henkeli.

Thanks!!!

Hmm, now we have heard both male and female.... We'll just have to wait a few months to be sure......
I'm very happy cause it looks like "Henk" ate last night. We gave him 5 small roached in a cup and this morning only 4 of them were left. We also gave him some crickets but they are all there....
We hear it's very tough to get them to eat..... He is a bit skinny, but we hope he will eat fine....
