1.Should I leave my under tank heater on 24/7?
2.Should my light go on the cool side or warm side of the tank?

If you're using a UTH and it is keeping the warm side in the 90s then you shouldn't need a light at all. If you do need the light (if you have a cool house or something and the UTH isn't enough) then leave the light over where the UTH is. A cool side is needed so they can thermoregulate.

And yes, keep you UTH on always

My tank is a 10 gallon and my house temp is around 70-75 degrees so I probably dont need a light.
