You need to include your temps for both side, humidity levels, gecko's diets, hide number, how many to a tank, etc, for anyone to have any clue what could be wrong.

My lil mama's poo is really soft, but that's because she's hand fed a mixture of medications and vitamins. Their poo should never be soft unless if it's fresh.

the temp in the tank has been staying at 80 on the warm side and 75 on cool. in the tank where i've been noticing the werid poo is in the 29gal where i keep 4 adult leopard geckos. i use a humid hide for humidity. there diet is mainly crickets, the stores around here dont hve a big selection of reptile food. i hve 2 hides, one above the undertank heater, and the other is the humid hide, that is a medium Repti Shelter 3 in 1 Caves.

Fix your temp gradient first. Make the warm side 90-93F and the cool side 78-83F. They use heat to digest their food. If the temps are too low, their poo tends to be watery and under digested.

If the poo is still green, take a sample to a vet. It could be an infection or parasites. If it's more than one gecko, it's most likely a parasite.

ok, i'm unable to serperate them because i only have 3 tanks right now, the other two are housing a male and 3 badies(not in the same tank as the male). i'm supsoe to be getting 2 10gal from my older sister and a 40gal from a family member in chicago whn she visits us. i've had a leo before have an infection and he pooped watery green, but i havent had one poop a boogery looking poo before, i'm pretty sure i know which one it is to.

Fix the gradient. If it stays the same, take them to the vet. Infection will need antibiotics, and parasites need treatment.
