How long was it before she ate last? Usually it takes them quite a few days to eat after changing into a new environment.
Did you put her directly into the cage that housed the other sick gecko?

i had to trade the sick one in at petco because thats were i got her and i had to trade her to get the one i have now cause they wouldnt let me keep the other one but i got her from the same petco alot of them there have the black dots and no one not even petco will tell me whats wrong with them and the leopard gecko i had to trade in eat the first day i got her and i had her for 15 days and she never eat again only that once

wow eating for 15 days isnt good. Has she lost a lot of weight? It might be Cryptosporidiosis, but you shouldn't really listen to me as I'm new to this(my gecko is also from petco 6 days ago). Other then that you will really have to take her to the vet, petco will cover the bills for the 15 day clause.

This is the Pests and diseases forum you can take a look there and see if anyone with more experience can help you.

heres a thread on cryptosporidiosis, you can read and see if she has any of the signs.

Yeah its likely that since petco keeps all there leopard geckos in one tank that they are all infected. If they want you to trade in again, you should really ask for your money back. My local petco is pretty nice and they keep stuff very clean but I guess that isn't the same for all of them.

Hopefully its something not really bad.

As you may have read on another thread here, the black dot is either the liver or gall bladder. Normally on a baby gecko, it can be visable because they are small and their skin is translucent. If the black spots get very large, it means that the liver or gall bladder is enlarged, usually as a response to them not eating. Sometimes it is reversable when they begin to eat, and sometimes not eating starts a series of problems that result in death. I highly recommend buying geckos from a breeder, or, if you buy from a pet store, look for the largest most active one you can.

I really recomend not buying reptiles from chain stores. Buying them from a reputable breeder has many advantages. You will have more choices for morphs and they will often be healthier and disease free.
