new p. l. laticauda hatch, one hatchling has a tail problem.

i just got another hatch of my gold dusts, and 1 of the 2 geckos has a tail that is 3/4 of the normal length. they just hatched today, and i dont have pics yet but i can try to get them.
any ideas what it is?

the parents, and the other 3 geckos i hatched from them (2 of which are for sale, pm me) are all normal.

I have had a P Klemmeri hatch out with a noticeably shorter tail then it's clutch mate a few years ago, but after a few months it caught up with the rest of him. I can't help but think of people baby's and how some times they have big ears or somthing but they usually turn out fairly normal looking :coverlaugh:
