Run a PVC tube down a corner of your enclosure leaving a gap between the bottom of the tank and the end of the pipe, silicone it in, and whenever you have excess water you can pump it out through the tube. You could even GS around the tube and make it like a 1/4 cut of a tree.

how am i supposed to pump it out..
The tube with plastic hose extension, becomes a Gravity Siphon. It's how people steal gas. You suck on the end to get the water flowing ( careful, don't want a mouthful) then drop the end of the hose into a bucket that is below the water line in the tank, keep the viv end as firmly planted on the bottom of the viv as possible. Gravity will continue to pull the water out until it hits the bottom or the end lifts and air is allowed to enter. Might wanna try it using clean water from a glass of water for practice....GL!

the trick to siphoning is to make sure that your head is above the water supply you want to move. then the water will come up slower and you'll have much more control over it. Plug it with your thumb to make sure the water stays in the tube and then lower the end of it.
