Cute little guy. Are your 2.2 adults? Have you produced any babies yet? Or are you just getting started with this species? They're a cool little gecko. They deserve more attention than they get.
Scorpion tailed geckos
No babies , nor do I expect any for some time.. Right now we are getting to know each other. I can tell you that they love Hydei fruitflies.. Thats not to say that once I introduce other food sources , I hope they will try as much of a variety as I can provide....
Apparently these geckos need to be taught where to drop their eggs. From my readings the female seems to drop one egg here and one egg there.. I have created a hide box which maintains some humidity, and we shall see what happens... I must tell you that these are truly an enjoyable unique gecko.. They seem to have personalities... JERRY
