For a stable diet I feed dubia and crickets then try the occasional waxworms/silkworms. But for beefing them up, I think its quantity thats most important. I have a pretty big female at maybe 8 months of age that gets at least two crickets daily. Aside from this, she is a huge waxworm eater and can eat many of these at a time, no matter how full I think she is. She doesn't ever go for dubia or silkworms. Others go for the full four course diet, but again the quantity amount is going to get them bigger, and in size reference, I try and feed bigger insects. What are woodies anyways?
