what disease is what?

As a newbie to reptile keeping, i think it may be really helpful for me to have a list of diseases that plague our scaly (or bumpy) friends. The owner of a leopard gecko, I am very un-knowledgeable about diseases and such. if someone could direct me to a good source for said info, I would be very appreciative

Well most things can be found if you search the forums a bit, others you will just have to experience and find ways to help your Gecko.

Just dont panic and dont do anything do it unless someone with experience says to.

One simple thing I can say that isnt a disease is just to make sure the skin between your Geckos toes gets removed when it is shedding. It can be done best with a warm moist Q-Tip That should save their toes.

Unfortunately that would be like trying to list all of the diseases that a human can get. It would be a VERY long list. If you're particularly interested in the medical aspects of keeping herps, I'd suggest buying a book such as "Reptile Medicine and Surgery" by Doug Mader.
