Where Do You Keep Your Stock of Feeders?

Im thinking of just buying a bunch of Crix and just making them gut-loaded as they grow and live and breed.

I know how and what to do, but where?

I live in Canada, so it's going to snow here in the next 3 months, (maybe earlier with the crappy summer weather weve been having) so I cant make the Crix live outside, can I?
And I have a mother which is simple for no Crix in the house :(

Any suggestions ?

they will die on gut load just to warn you. you can feed them fresh veggies and dog food or premade crix food. what about roachs they better then crix no smell and during winter months they can be keep pretty cool while still living(a garge possably with a small under the tank heater. i'm sure your mom won't like roachs you can say there jsut funny looking beatles. They also DON'T INFEST like pest roachs they are clean. :) there super easy to care for and breed then crix.

I know I can kill them with gut-loading too much, I worded what I said wrong, sorry :p haha.

Can I also get my Crix from a friends Farm? I know his family doesnt use Pesticides, so no need to worry about that.

but yeah, the Garage may be a good place, I never even though of that XD

yeah you can get they from a farm but they be able to fly, there is also many othere things you can feed your reptile you could find there i have no idea what you have up there. also i'm almost 100% its leagal as there is many other candan keepers that feed crix and i think theres a few with roachs. good luck

oh ok then you proved me wrong. ;) kinda funny only one allowed is the one that infests. also from what i understand you can have them with a permit also it a somewhat old thread mabye some other people could chime in. as far as crix i would house them in a plastic conter with a METAL screen clued in place for ventaliton you'll need several in order to be anywhere near sucecesfull look up breeding crix on google you'll find what you need there.
