Anybody ever see one like this? It's a first for me. Trying to decide if I should keep this one back or sell it to the highest bidder. New and Improved JUNGLE GARGS! lol.

Seriously though, let me know what you guys think. It came from pairng my brick red female with a nice red striped male. I included some pics of the parents as well as it's clutch mate and some other normal siblings from another clutch.

-Kevin

p.s. it only hatched this morning and check out that orange stripe already developing on the back!

Wow Kevin, that is truly unique. I've never seen one quite like that before. That may be something that Phillipe would be interested in seeing if you can contact him. He was looking for striped X reticulated outcomes a while back and might be interested in that one. Very cool though for sure. If it were me, I'd be holding it back to see what comes of it.

Not sure what to make of the hatchling, but I love the parents it came from!

I would say to keep it and see how it developes as it grows.

Cliff,

I'm pretty sure that the little one will develop an intense orange stripe much like yours, but I'm still not sure what the hell to make of the pattern. Ever see one like that?

That pattern is INSANE! Beautiful garg, I'd say its pretty safe to say I've never seen one like that before.

Good luck with that one, keep us updated.

Super neat!

I would keep it for the sake of seeing what it looks like as an adult.

Or sell it for decent money and try to make another.

Likely the former.

Nice gecko.

Yeah, never seen a pattern like yours. I'd take a guess and would say it'll fade into Banding, but don't quote me on that. It'll for sure still be unique, and you better hold onto that one!

Update! A friend of mine got this little guy from me not to long after I posted up this original thread and he sent me a picture of him a little while back. Just thought you guys would like to see how the pattern has progresses, as well as how my red line gargs turn out as adults:

Your first hatchling in the original post looks like a Mosaic morph; extremely hard to find...I want one if I could ever find one. Did you keep or sell it?

The new photo you just post is amazing looking, would really like to see how that one grows up. Sweet looking gargs you gave produced!
