i have a male Tokay and soon 2 be getting anthor 1 so what do i do about the tank setup??how big and things like that??\

anthor ? is it safe 2 have 2 males 2gether or not???

There is a lot of debate on the size of housing of Tokays and bigger is better but honestly you can house 1 in a 20 gallon tall and 2 should be doubled so 40 gallons tall should house 2 with enough room for movement and hiding...etc...(i have housed 2 in a 20 gallon tall and they will live their lives fine but they definitely dont have enough room to move around and is not recommended) but this is only in regard to housing a male and female.

As for 2 males together, this cannot be done unless you want injured/dead tokays they are highly territorial and will fight regardless of cage size.

Haha no problem, and the cage size also depends on the size and age of the gecko ( i was assuming that yours will be adults) and make sure it is taller than it is wide and of course always have plenty of places for them to hide.

i think that we all agree on the minimum size don't we?
if there are people that think they could be in a smaller tank then they are no tokay friends:-x

Yes, their is a lot of debate on this site and others but you will have to search the older posts, but i think most of us agree on a 20g for one, and i agree with the smaller tanks, if someone does house them improperly they are no friend of Tokays or mine.

Good size but it should be taller than it is wide so if you can set it on end it would be better, Tokays are strictly arboreal so they need to be able to climb the taller the better.

i agree with nathan about the size. make sure that they have enough hiding places. they must be able to hide especially during the day
