Hi nice to meet you, I too have Leopard Geckos (1.1). The are the only Geckos I have. I also raise Corn Snakes, currently a female Motley Snow and an unsexed Reverse Okeetee. It is nice to meet you. You will find many like minded people here to exchange ideas with.

May I ask was your first introduction written in German? I only understood your name, your country, your types of Geckos and that you were new to the forum...but then I have never taken any languages other than English, a bit of French and a bit of Cree.

Hello Tisha My first introduction was in German. Now I have all translated however my entries by an Internet site into English, since I do not speak English. I hope to participate in such a way in the interest. Thus sorry whom it sounds times impossible.
But I have times a question: how do your 1,1 Leos get along? It is called nevertheless always one should not a male together not with only one female hold. For this reason I have still no male and to hold only female, since I have fear the male her would too firmly press. How there do your experiences look? Perhaps I can do nevertheless still another male .......

Love of greetings Roger

I got my 1.1 leos from someone else who did not know to keep them apart. The male was sexing her to death and she was very under weight and had not tail fat. She was also very stressed and the male would not give her a spot in the warm area. She was also laying eggs very frequently but the shells were not proper and the eggs never survived.

I have separated them and now she is very calm and gaining weight very well. I will only consider putting them together again briefly, if I decide to try to breed them.

As well it is not good to put to males together they will fight to the death!

Sometimes you can put two females together if they are about the same size and each have a hide in the warm side and a hide on the cool side and a moist hide. You never want them to compete for anything. Even if all of this is provided they sometimes do not do well together.

Hope this helps.
