just found 1 loan egg, well the remains of one anyway,it had been layed on a peice of corkbark i just put in,in plain site, wasnt there last nite but i didnt check thismorning, just got in from work and found it,
i dont think it was fertile because it had been stuck to the bark but what was left of the shell had a nice white colour and the inside was like a gooey yellow?i tried to remove wht was left
theres no sign of a second egg, does anyone think she might still be carrying 1 or deposited the other somewhere else,i dont wanna disturb them but if theres a fertile egg in there somewhere i NEED to find it,
she has a pile of dead leaves in 1 corner,i read on a care sheet that they would almost certainly deposit any good eggs on the ground in leaf litter,
does anyone have any personal oppinions or experienced duds deposited above ground from corkies?
