apparently the bubbly looking places behind the front legs is an indication of them being over weight...if that is what you are talking about.

I have heard that the armpit bubbles are a sign of females being in breeding condition and of calcium storage, but not particularly that the gecko is overweight. I have a 37 gram female, 7 months old, that has small 'pit bubbles.

I saw one of my baby males have it. He is definitely not overweight and they have seemed to disappeared now. It may be the calcium is just backed up in their system and needs a little more time to break down. Possibly even need to give a little D3 supplement, since D3 is the vitamin their bodies use to process the calcium. I haven't heard or had anything bad happen when they get these deposits. Just don't dust or give calcium for a couple days and it should go away.
