the female was a little dehydrated and her tail was curled under a little, but she has drank and her tail now seems ok,there have been a few poops and although i havent seen them eat, they both are responding to crickets moving so ive just left them to it,although i couldnt help putting them on the scales quickly,i was a little disapointed that they wernt a little heavier
i havnt used a uv as of yet its just a floresant bulb but i supplement with plenty of calcium and d3 etc,
i may have a look for a few small snails too,im sure my female pietschmanni would probably benefit too,
any other livefood anyone would recomend to try and get their weight up a little?

My male usually floats right at 4 grams.. sometimes up to 5 grams... and my female is usually at 6 grams.

I have three c.b juvs by this pair 2.1 and all three seem to be doing great!!

I also have two eggs that are due in about 70 days...

Hope that helps some!

so at 4 grams would you say they are safe to leave together?
i couldnt get to him but my other male probably weighs 7 or 8 grams, hes bigger and more chunky,
i realy hope i can manage to get some babys, that would be sweet!
any advise temp/sumplementation wise to get them breeding?
maybe the 2 males would create compatition and get the ball rolling,i just feel like shes getting the raw end of the deal, both the males are bigger!

ive bin keeping a 6.6 group all in the same enclosure for almost five years now with out a problem at all. and i mean nothing. i dump a hundred crickets in every other day dusted. i soak the tank at night i use uvb lighting. and ive had great success with eggs until this year but anyway proper space food ventilation and hydration your good to go. people say that these geckos are hard to take care of but i personally feel its the easiest animal to care for that i ever owned.
