Determining gender and age

So I got my new gecko last Friday night and I don't know exactly how old he/she is. I am including a few pictures to see if anyone can help me figure out his/her age.
I also want to know if he/she is male or female but I cant tell yet. How old is it usually before you can determine the sex? I am really hoping for a boy so that when he gets big enough I could breed him with Stitch (my other gecko, 3 years old in march).
So can anyone take a guess at my new one's age?

I am gonna say your baby is about 5-6 weeks old. To young to sex right now. He/she is very nice.

Yeah I agree. I say about 4-6 weeks. And it looks like a Normal or a High Yellow.

When are you able to see if its a boy or girl. Is there an age where it becomes visible?

I find you can visually sex males as early as 2 months.
