Yes, you have a pair and at the age of 1.5 years they are certainly old enough to breed. Also, judging from the Ca sacks in your other pics, she is preped and ready.

I am glad to disagree with all of you. I'm going totally female on this pictured animal.

I have guentheri and that looks like my female, males have such an exaggerated bulge that I don't know how you could mistake a 1.5 year old animal.

Looking forward to hearing how this pans out.

Well...

These are two pics of two different females. The one with the regenerated tail is an offspring from the female with the full tail.

As you can see, these animals have a quite distinct female bulge. The female bulge is spherical and single-lobed in comparison to the bulge of a guentheri male. The bulge of the males is quite large and distinct. I would describe it as bi-lobed, in that the most conspicuous area is aft the vent and graduates into a secondary bulge.

I woke late this morning, so I was unable to snap all the shots I wanted, will amend this thread with pictures as Im able.

That is 100% male. As you can see, the bulge is extremely large aft the vent, graduating as it moves towards the tail. Glad that there was a gallery photo that was able to help clarify your question.

Typical Uroplatus guentheri male bulge.
