hi guys. can you help me with this one?

all i know is it is an albino. the previous owner said it's a tremper, but i have doubts because most local gecko keeprs say it looks like a bell. i don't know how they can tell a bell from a tremper based on the markings and color, but bell is the consensus.

i tried very hard to shoot eye photos to help you guys ID it, but i'm not very lucky. i will try again. but if it's any help, the eyes aren't pink. (more like yellowish - almost same yellow color as found on the gecko's body). it's light and shows red veins, but it's not pink like leopard wiki describes a bell albino's eyes. then again, it's only my 4th albino, so i'm not qualified to say. the first 3 albinos are surely trempers, and honestly, all their eyes look different to me. their all light colored with red veins, but all are a different shade.

i spent a lot of time googling images and i'm still at a loss. it even looks like some cool trempers, or my eyes are decieving me. like this mack snow tremper posted at celebritygeckos

The difference is in the eyes. Post an eye picture for an actual verification. Looking at the back you cannot tell. Some swear that bells have more lavender, but I have a tremper with major lavender.

as i've said in the first post, i tried to take eye photos, but the gecko won't cooperate. i do intend to try taking eye shots again. either good eye photos or we wait for the babies, i've mated it with an aptor, and if babies aren't albino, we would know that it ain't tremper. whic ever comes first. lol!:D

i've described how the eyes appeared to me, but i guess it means nothing since a description is based on a person's point of view. experienced keepers may see some tiny detail which seemed irrelevant to me.

I ignored your eye description because I have a hard time seeing colors. Each person's perception of a color is different. I know what Bell, Tremper, and Rainwater look through my eyes, and it could very well be different through yours.

alee,
i agree exactly that different individuals have different perceptions.
i hope that tomorrow i'll get lucky and be able to post a clear eye shot.

I don't know what the difference is, but that is gorgeous. My albino has like greeny veiny eyes. They are quite dark green.

alee,
no way? wooohooooo! you just made my day! thank you!
been mated to an aptor, i lost the first clutch(she escaped, when i caught her again, she has already laid), but she's due to lay again in a week or two. after that it's another waiting game.

She's kind of looking Bell to me now. Lol. I must of just quick glanced it. Incubate the eggs, albinos pop out then she's tremper. You get any normals then they're different strains.

For me it looks like a bell. The difference for me between a Bell an a Tremper is that the Bell's eye looks pinkish rather than normal looking with red veins, in the picture the adult is a tremper and the baby is a bell.
