As you can see theres a big differens in color at my 2 aft femals.
if i hatch a male from the light female and then mate it back to the mother will it be more lighter babies or will it be just like any other aft´s even that the mother is lighter then usual, is it common with these lighter normal afts or is it something to breed on?

I don't know anything about breeding, but I'm guessing breeding a gecko to its mother is not the best idea :/ sounds like you could have some mutated babies to me

I have bred leopard geckos back to the father with no problems. Inbreeding to a limited extent with geckos does not cause the same problems as with humans. I have even heard that genetically it may be better to breed an offspring back to the parent than to breed siblings to each other in terms of what genetics they may share.

I believe you should definitely pursue your project... I'm also working on a bloodline of 'light' african fat tails... and I've had great results breeding them! Best of luck, Henrik!
