Hi i'm still a noob but two nights ago when i took one of my leo's out (i feed them outside the cage to make sure they are getting their fair share of crickets) she had a bright white spot on her belly just one... it was about the size of a small pen head laid sideways. I checked her again earlier today and couldn't find the spot? She's still pretty small and i know this can really hurt her health if she is prego. About a week after getting her we noticed a bite mark on her tail and thought our blazing bliz had done it as we got her about a month or so after we got our blazing and introduced her into the tank (75gallon) and thought our blazing was a male because of it but she is clearly a female. Anyways i'm starting to rant but is this an egg? (it wasn't on the outside of her skin) Is it possible a young male hatchling could have mated with her befor we got her (there were about 12 or so Leos in the same tank). We've had her for almost 2 months now and this is the first time i've noticed it. We do have a male leo now but hasn't even seen these two yet as he is about 2 years old and we don't want him to try and mate with our two females yet(he makes them look like new borns).

"Infertile eggs
Leopard gecko eggs can be infertile. It is not uncommon for a young female to lay infertile eggs. Female geckos can develop eggs without mating. If the eggs are not fertile, they will develop fungus within a couple weeks and are probably bad eggs."
Leopard Gecko Breeding Sexing Mating Eggs | Leopard Gecko Guide
It is not impossible for a leopard gecko to lay eggs without being with a male.
It could just be fat, but put in a lay box just in case.
In the event of bullying, I would separate the two leopard gecko's, to minimise stress.

If you saw a small white spot that disappeared, it's probably urates before it hit the tile.

woops sorry i didnt clarify, i meant impossible based off the fact that the description had this animal listed as a hatchling, so obviously in that case it would indeed be impossible.
