Hi folks. I'm very interested in herps and I have a green anole, an American five lined skink, a southeastern fence lizard, an ocelot or panther gecko, and a leopard gecko. All housed in individual cages except for the skink and fence lizard who are both wild caught by myself. those two tend to get along for the most part, however I did witness them play tug-of-war with a cricket once:crackup:! poor cricket. they are my first attempt at a multi-species housing. I would like some info on live or naturalistic vivs tho, so if anyone could point to some good info on construction... It would be very much appreciated and I would try to return the favor someday. Thanx.

Dig through the forums here. Between the "naturalistic vivarium" forum and the "DIY" forum, there's tons of info. You can also go here: Vivarium Forums
Many people here have an aversion to multi species set ups. But, at least your skink and fence lizard come from the same climate/area. So they should do ok with each other. I wouldn't suggest adding either the leo or the panther gecko though.

You might check out Critterbarn or Fins and Skins, I have seen a few books in there occasionally regarding naturalistic enclosures. Otherwise Amazon has them.
