info please!! shipping from sydney 2 usa

hi i just found some1 on another site that said he will ship a pair of cb n.amyae from sydney 2 the usa no problem, he has a good rating on the site and says hes done it a few times b4 and they all made it alive, he said shippping will b 150, what do you guys think?? with shipping thats only $650 us

You'd better check very carefully into his high rating. Either he's a scammer, or doesn't know the rules. Australia has some of the strictest export laws. Unless you and the vendor jump through many hoops, and lie, you won't be getting them with legal paperwork very easily. Of course, smuggling does happen, but they tend to get caught, with you involved as well if your name is on the box.
There must be something in the US or even Europe that appeals to you and is much easier to get.

cb amyae are readily available here in the states for not much more than that price. Is it really worth risking going to jail just to save a few $$$?

if its sounds 2 good 2 be true it is!! from what people have told me its illegal so im going 2 pass, the guy told me he shipps threw the mail in a new shipping box that holds a set temp for a few days and they normaly get 2 the us in 3-4 days, he said they are all captive breed and he has over 30 of them, dam dam dam that was a great deal i wish it wasnt against the law

yup thats definatly not right is it....id say hes a sausage to short of a barby if you ask me...definatly on holls in nigeria or kenya rather than australia !!....i nearly got scammed out of 800 pounds last year as someone was poseing as a well known breeder in the u.k , using his name and email ..everything!!...and i even spoke on the phone to him!!! alarm bells started ringing when he had a foreign accent though and he got a bit cross when i said i wouldnt use western union money tranfere to pay..he said he lived in an area only 20 minutes from me but still insisted to use shipping!!!! hmmmmmm strange hey...save the extra dollars and get your self some proper captive bred nephrurus from the u.s.a bet your will be happy you did!:coverlaugh:!!!
