My gecko has just gotten up from a nap, eaten a cricket, then, as he was walking to a warm spot, stop to raise his tail, turn around and lick his vent area. It seemed almost like it opened, like the skin moved, and then I saw a two clear droplets, one from each side, come out. It happened a few times, each time he reached around and licked it away. What could this be??
I thought a gecko would be an 'easy' pet, but from stories I've read in here, they can have soo many things go wrong. I just hope I'm being concerned over something that is actually normal behaviour, but I can't find anything out on the internet about it. No matter how I google it.
