Here is a picture of one my leachianus on the viv glass, the animal is a year old, can anyone confirm the sex .

Both male and female leachies have a lumpy looking tailbase, so it's not really a good guide to sexing them. Since they mature a bit on the late side, I wouldn't try sexing a 1-year old. My female looked male, and I was sure she was, until she was almost 4 years old and I found eggs.

We say male, even with this shot you can see a row of pores.
You can also see them for yourself when its on the glass like that. Females don't have them. Thats the best way to sex them, you can sex them via pores when they are even a few months old.

I can't make out any pores in that picture, maybe it's old eyes. If there are pores, then ignore what I said.
