Cage Size

Ok, so I asked earlier on this thread about possibly getting a crested. I think I'm going to take the plunge, but I still have one set back. I have read the FAQ on the top of the forum, and looked all over online, but still not sure about size of tank. Would a 20 high work alright? I'd rather not flip a 20 long because I want to be able to add a heat lamp on top if it gets chilly in the winter time here at night time. The exoterras are great, but get pretty pricey. Would a 20 high be sufficient for ONE crested gecko for the LIFE of the gecko? It looks like it would give me plenty of room to plant some nice plants, etc. Thoughts?

A twenty gal normal or high would be plenty for one or even a pair. :) The only thing is if you get a hatchling i would keep it in something smaller till it reaches about 4" long, any type of large Tupperware container or small kritter keeper works great :) congrats on deciding to get one. Any idea what kind morph your looking for? Post pics when you get it!!
