Stimulating Breeding of Fat Tails?

I have a couple of females that I want to breed in a few months and plan to buy an adult male. I'm not sure how to get them to breed. I've read books and articles about cooling them down for a period of time then warming them up, but that could be dangerous to my beloved pets. Fat Tails just don't seem to breed as readily as Leos and Pictuses. Any suggestions?

I have had about a 50% hatch rate with my 1.1 fat tails which has included cooling from mid-Nov. to New Years. I am also not too happy about the cooling idea and am curious to see what happens if I don't turn down the heat. Some of my other geckos cool themselves by moving to the cool side of the enclosure. The ambient temperature in my house is around 60 during the day and I feed less often.

I am curious also what might help?
Are they less readily breedable then leos?
I guess what i really mean there is do they require that cooling period or does it help?
I havent cooled my leos per say, other than the ambient air temp in my house is cooler in the winter and they make babies like crazy
