:confused:Ok, so hears a new viv.. I've planted a couple draecana ( the three in the back are the same species with a ssp in front of them) and a bromeliad. Honestly I would like a pair of tokays, but I'm afraid the terrarium is too small for that. So I could get a male P. Picta (panther) and put him in there w/ my female. I think that those two should have enough room in there, BTW the viv is a zoomed NT-4 18x18x24, but I would also like a pair of gargs (R. Auriculatus).

That size viv would house a single gargoyle nicely....if you do a pair, they would need much more space to prevent fighting.

although its a gecko forum, the only thing i can think of would be a pair or even a group of 3, of long tailed lizards (skinks) because it would be unfair to house a single gecko, it would get lonley :( ALTHOUGH! two neon day geckos would fit in there perfectly!

Customer appreciation

not sure how much i'll be willing to spend, there's a big customer appreciation sale @ a very nice shop (mom-n-pops affair who always have healthy animals, not a chain store!)... I do have another vert tank & an old exo terra..... What would be the minimum size for a pair of tokays??? Or gargs???:scratchhead: Come on guys & gals, for only an idea or two you can sponsor this wonderful new tank....

Minimum i've pulled off with a pair of gargoyles was a 20 gallon tall, not sure what your's converts to in gallons but i think yours is smaller. Not sure about tokays...
Some cyrtodactylus elok, gold dust day geckos, or eurydactoles agricolae could work well in that tank with more vines and plants ;)

Also remember over time plants will get bigger and fill out the viv more. A lot of people tend to forget that and end up over planting in the begining because it looks to empty.

maybe so, but you can just cut some of the leaves ect, without damaging the plant itself, plant size isnt a big factor, mainley the lizard and its space.

Ok, first let me thank everyone for the input and suggestions, Thank You All! Second, I would be willing to spend about 100$ or 125 at the most and I would really like to get a pair of animals... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
