in fact, according to my experiences, the hatchlings of this species are not making things quick... after penetrating through the egg shell, they often stay like this for some time (up to several hours)...there is no hurry for leaving the egg

Feel free to share! lol. I haven't had Oedura for probably 10 years, but they've always been a favorite. I used to love the color change from day to evening...they can vary so much

You are partially in luck . I still only have an SLR, no digital camera. In March 2007 Sarah Jane Simmonds visited Seattle. We met at her hotel where she took some excellent photos of my then current Oedura castelnaui! Not only that, she kindly posted them on GU, and sent me a CD!!!
