There should be large hemipenal bulges at the base of the tail for a male, lacking in the females. Most Paroedura are sexable at a rather young age so if your animals are half grown and not showing bulges you likely have females.

Masobe males have big hemipenal bulges. I can sex my babies at about 3.5 months of age, but if they are over 5 or 6 months old, they should be very easy to sex.
