Keeping one uroplatus phantasticus, what measures.

If i was to keep one uroplatus phantasticus apart, what measurements should the cage have? i know 60 x 60 x 45 is good for duo/trio. But for one, how big would you keep them?

Well, I heard that in Germany/Europe the government will come for you if you dont have the animals in a 'large' enclosure;-) . A 10 gallon aquarium will suffice for a single animal. When you have multiple animals, you need separate territories. As long as they have a place to hide during daylight hours, they will be fine.

for single individuals I use faunaboxes, with fake plants, some sticks and papirtowel. I mist once at nigth. and clean once a week. It works fine, for young as adulte alike.

I am currently keeping my singles in 10g tanks converted for aboreal.

Plenty of roaming room (though more wouldn't be a bad thing for any Uroplatus... they will always use more!)...
