As this is my first try at pairing up geckos, I just wanted to check if I got my plan right. Since my sikorae are still to young, I will give it a go with my phantasticus pair.

So far I have of course lowered the temps and I have been trying to give them realy cool nights aswell. I have cut back on the misting, from two times for 30sec a day to once at night for 30sec. When the weather starts getting abit warmer I will put the misting on three times a day and put the pair (male into females cage) together. The nighttime Temp-lows will also automaticly be abit higher then before.

My biggest question is feeding. I feel like i should give the female all the extra nutrients she can get, to produce the eggs. At the same time I wonder if this would be counterproductive as there should be less food for them during winter time in nature too, right? At the moment I am feeding her a bit heavier then normal.

Does it sound about right to you?
