I have 2 female leopard geckos housed in a 20 long tank. the temps are 92-70 and the humidity is around 40-48. For some reason. they are acting really lazy. they were out and about last week at around 6:30- 7:30 and like all night. but ever since i moved them and their temperature went from 88 to 92, theyve stopped and now they sleep all day and all night. the guy i got them from fed them every thursday. he fed them full mealworm cans. im trying to get them on a every other day basis but its not happenin quite yet. ive only had them since last thursday. they arent shy and they love being handled. Any one have a diagnosis?

They may need time to get used to their new environment. Sometimes a gecko in a new place will spend the first amount of time exploring and then retire to the hide to "regroup". That may be what is happening. Also, even though your floor temperatures are fine, if the amount of light and the ambient temperatures are lower than they were used to, they may decide it's still winter and become less active. You don't have to do anything, they'll adjust and it will warm up. I think every other day or every 3rd day is a good idea, though I have some geckos who are barely eating because they're still in winter mode. Also if they are ovulating, they may not eat for awhile. Enjoy them.

Heat Lamp? Are you suppling under tank heat as well? And when you say "he fed them full mealworm cans," are you talking about canned mealworms? Just trying to figure this out for you.
As far as Heat Lamp, get rid of it if you have a under tank heater. The brightness of the Heat Lamp could be very irritating to them and cause strange reaction to them, plus they don't need a heat lamp, they are nighttime creatures, .... they do not bask, and it is belly heat you need to use, this is how they digest their food and stimulate their tyroids.

The heat emitter doesnt put off light at all.
